Mandatory Concussion Safety and Awareness Requirements

Mandatory Requirements for SouthEnd Minor Hockey Players, Families and Team Officials
  1. Read and discuss with your hockey player all materials in Part A
  2. Read and discuss the appropriate e-booklet for your hockey player/s age group in Part B
  3. During registration for each player, you will be asked to Confirm that you and your hockey player have read the appropriate Rowan's Law information and booklet.  If you do not confirm you cannot complete registration.
If available, the PDF version is friendlier for kids to read.
